The latest equipment and our skilled workforce enable us to carry out all types of aluminium mould work from simple moulds to complex projects with mechanically moving parts.

In our factory we have our own non-ferrous foundry and we carry out all aluminium casting in-house. Our large CNC machining centre provides the accuracy required in the finished mould. We also maintain traditional engineering pattern making skills.
We can machine from billet, cast or fabricate moulds in aluminium as required allowing us to provide our Clients with a complete service.
Armour has vast experience of aluminium mould manufacture, covering many different industries including general vacuum forming, sanitary ware, expanded polystyrene and expanded polypropylene products.
