Using the latest technology to ensure dimensional accuracy we produce high quality aluminium moulds for many industries to our clients around the world. The latest equipment and our skilled workforce enable us to carry out all types of aluminium mould work from simple moulds to complex projects with mechanically moving parts.
In our factory we have our own non-ferrous foundry and we carry out all aluminium castings in-house. Our large CNC machining centres provide the accuracy required in the finished mould. Moulds can be machined from aluminium billet or cast aluminium. Armour has vast experience of aluminium mould manufacture, covering many different industries including general vacuum forming, sanitary ware, composite components and aerospace. Using the latest CAD software packages we can also supply full 3D models in most recognised formats. When required, we can also produce full working drawings and photo quality images of the final product.
